De Monica is het bewijs dat een rode wijn ook heel zomers kan zijn. De delicate smaken van de Monica zorgen ervoor dat deze lieflijke wijn meteen heel verfrissend aanvoelt. Het intense aroma bevat veel kersen en rood fruit met interessante tonen van kruiden. De smaak is droog en warm. In de mond voelt deze wijn aangenaam zacht en delicaat met weinig tannines. Toch heeft deze Monica een heel mooie body.

Pala, a wine family since 1950. The Azienda Agricola Pala (or Pala estate) was founded in Sardinia, Italy, in 1950. Mario Pala is now the third generation of the family taking care of the vines of his family with the help of his wife Rita and the fourth generation of the family represented by his sons Massimiliano, Elisabetta and Mariantonietta. From father to son since 1950 there's the most important ingredients that the Pala family has always added to terroir, tradition, respect fro the environment: the passion to make wines that are able to express the family character and the terroir of this extraordinary island.
